I’m so excited to introduce a new awesome project I am doing. This is something I’ve never done before, a new endeavor in my artistic growth as a creator. It is a short film that has a unique structure to it- instead of a screenplay and characters and cinematography being taken into account, it dwells a new format of filming. The project is five-second clips everyday, for three months. These clips are raw and spontaneous- completely ridiculing the fundamentals of filmmaking, thus making it authentically beautiful in its own entity. They are taken with my iPhone 5, which I have with me all the time, and I capture the most significant part of my day in a five-second clip. I then compile the clips in one video and dub it with some instrumental music! This project is indeed inspired, so it is not something of my own originality. Although, the beauty of this art is what really intrigued and challenged me to do it myself. This will be a new and unique way to document my life, and will definitely be out of my comfort zone in doing so. I can’t wait to show you all how it turns out.
